Egypt Shutter provides supply, installation, and maintenance services for roller shutters and their accessories in the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically in the Hurghada area and its surroundings.

2.1. Warranty Period: Egypt Shutter offers a comprehensive warranty of three (3) years on all roller shutter products and installation, effective from the date of completion of installation.

2.2. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the materials used and installation defects that may arise from an error by the Egypt Shutter team. This includes any functional or material defect affecting the performance of the roller shutter due to these defects.

2.3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

* Misuse or negligence by the customer.

* Accidents, natural disasters, or force majeure.

* Attempted repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties.

* Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

2.4. Warranty Claim Procedure: In the event of any covered defect, the customer must notify Egypt Shutter in writing or through approved communication channels as soon as possible. Egypt Shutter will assess the issue and take necessary action for repair or replacement as deemed appropriate.

3.1. Installation Period: Egypt Shutter commits to completing the installation process within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the down payment and confirmation of all order details with the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable working environment for the installation team, and ensuring the site is ready for installation (e.g., availability of necessary electrical sources, removal of any obstacles).

3.3. Delays: In the event of any delay in installation due to circumstances beyond Egypt Shutter’s control (e.g., customer delay in preparing the site, or unforeseen weather conditions), the customer will be informed, and a new installation date will be scheduled.

4.1. Down Payment: Upon contract signing and order confirmation, the customer is required to pay 80% of the total contract value as a non-refundable down payment.

4.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance (20% of the total contract value) is due immediately upon completion of installation and customer acceptance of the service and product.

4.3. Payment Methods: Egypt Shutter accepts payment in cash, bank transfer, or any other payment methods agreed upon in advance.

In the event of customer cancellation after the down payment has been made, Egypt Shutter reserves the right to retain the down payment (80% of the contract value) as compensation for incurred costs (e.g., raw materials, manufacturing, planning).

Egypt Shutter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

All content on the Egypt Shutter website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Egypt Shutter and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

Egypt Shutter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after the posting of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
